About Us

Yasemin K Therapies is a complementary and holistic therapy, Pilates and Yoga service in London. Apart from restoring balance and relaxation into our clients’ lives, we help treat back or neck pain, headaches, musculoskeletal pain, stress, sleep disorders, tiredness, lack of confidence, depression, or any other condition.


Please be aware that complementary therapies should not be used as an alternative to seeking medical advice. These therapies work alongside medicine.


Our practice is based in Chingford close to Walthamstow Stadium and Sainsbury's.

Meet the Owner

Yasemin is an open, friendly, and welcoming complementary/holistic therapist, life coach, and master practitioner of NLP. She fully dedicated herself to complementary therapies, healing, motivation, Yoga, Pilates and personal development since 2008.


As a practitioner, she has experience and is fully qualified, certified, and insured. Yasemin is also a member of the Healing Trust and the CThA. She is trained in multiple complementary therapy disciplines.


Yasemin gained her qualifications with ITEC, The College of Naturopathic & Complementary Medicine, The College of Chinese Medicine, The Contemporary International Academy of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Trewholistics, The National Federation of Spiritual Healers, Health and Fitness Education and The London School of Massage. 


She consistently pursues continuous professional development to keep up to date and broaden her knowledge as well as skill set and techniques to support her clients sufficiently.


With dramatically increasing levels of stress and tension on a day-to-day basis, she believes that it is very important for us to take responsibility for our own well being and health.
